Job Role: Growth Content Marketer
Experience Level: 3 - 6 years
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Job Overview: As a growth content marketer at Zylu, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging, creative, and impactful content that connects with salon owners and end consumers. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to shape Zylu’s online presence and support our mission of helping salons grow in India and international markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the Growth Funnel: Drive acquisition, activation, and retention across digital and offline channels.
- Run Experiments: Ideate, prioritise, and execute A/B tests across landing pages, emails, and ads.
- Collaborate with Design & Product: Ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints and a seamless user journey.
- Analyse & Optimise: Dive into metrics, user behaviour, and conversion data to optimise performance.
- Lead Content & SEO: Manage the blog, partner with thought leaders, and grow our organic footprint.
- Drive Community Engagement: Launch initiatives that bring our audience together, including events, newsletters, webinars, and case studies.
- Report & Forecast: Present results clearly to the leadership team, identify what’s working, and double down.
- Produce video content: scripts, shoots, short-form edits, and repurposed clips.
- Run podcasts, interviews, and webinars – from planning to recording to publishing.
- Build and grow a CX/SaaS-focused community across social platforms.
- Repurpose long-form content (videos, interviews, webinars) into short posts, reels, shorts, and clips.
- Drive lead generation through content, personal branding, and platform-specific strategies.
Role Requirements
- Produce content that converts and is human-like, not AI-like.
- Growth Mindset: You're curious, adaptable, and never satisfied with "good enough".
- Hands-on Operator: You don’t just strategise; you develop content using various tools or with the content creators.
- Data-Literate: You know your CAC from your LTV and use data to validate every decision. You’ve written and scaled content marketing campaigns that consistently deliver high views and click-through rates.
- Copy-Savvy: You know how to write campaigns that get opened or viewed and clicked from cold outreach to product updates & newsletters, and you track every metric to make the next one better.
- Creative & Analytical: You can write a killer hook and optimise ad performance in the same afternoon.
- Automation-Obsessed: You hate repetitive tasks and love building systems that scale.
- Strong Communicator: You craft crisp narratives that resonate with internal teams and external audiences alike.
- Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait for permission; you see what needs to be done and dive in.
- Prior internship or freelance experience in social media content creation is preferred.
- Strong interest in startups, SaaS, or the beauty/wellness industry is a plus.
