POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive is responsible for supporting search engine optimization and product listing activities to improve online visibility, traffic, and sales across the company’s e-commerce platforms. The role involves keyword optimization, product content management, marketplace SEO, catalogue accuracy, catalogue enrichment and performance tracking, marketplace Advertising Monitoring & reporting. The position works closely with the e-commerce, Digital marketing, and design teams to enhance product discoverability and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and upload product listings on Shopify website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, size charts, and images.
- Maintain category mapping and backend attributes for better discoverability.
- Ensure timely listing of new launches.
2. Listing Optimization
- Optimize existing listings for SEO and marketplace algorithms.
- Improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and conversion rate.
- Regularly update pricing, content, A+ content (if applicable), and images.
3. Sales & Performance Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales reports.
- Track SKU-wise performance and marketplace-wise revenue.
- Monitor key KPIs: CTR, CVR, ACOS/ROAS, returns %, and sell-through rate.
- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products.
4. Advertising & Campaign Monitoring
- Monitor marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Suggest campaign improvements based on performance metrics.
- Optimize bids, keywords, budgets, and placements.
- Work on reducing ACOS and improving ROAS.
5. Sales Trend Analysis
- Analyze sales trends and seasonality patterns.
- Identify growth opportunities and suggest promotional strategies.
- Support planning for offers, deals, and campaigns.
6. Coordination & Backend Operations
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for stock updates.
- Ensure stock availability and avoid OOS situations.
- Raise tickets with marketplace support when required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field
· 0–2 years of experience in SEO, e-commerce, or product listing (freshers with training can apply)
· Understanding of e-commerce platforms and product catalog management
· Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword usage
· Good English writing skills for product content
· Attention to detail and data accuracy
· Familiarity with Excel and product upload tools preferred
