Experience : Min 4 yrs – Maximum 6 yrs

Salary Package : starts from Rs: 30,000 to based on their Experience and last drawn salary

Core Activities: Order Management, Direct Customer handling, customer complaints handling, etc
- Interaction with the customers through Emails on daily basis
- Should share the quotation of products which customer is requested
- Daily follow-up with the customer, chatting with messages and clearing their doubts about the product
- Taking orders within India and out of the country
- Creating Account for the new customers and checking their documents GST etc.
- Existing customers will place the order, then will check with Quality check then release the product to the customer
- The customers account should be created in SAP
- Some of customers will be having multiple branches so should create new account to each branch
- Once order is placed by customer, Executive should be follow-up until its Delivered to the customer place
- If the product is damaged when its reaches to customer place, the Executive should solve the problem until it Some get resolved
- Every quarterly month will be having more orders from Existing customers/New customers
- Executive should solve the Customer End to End service
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
