Siddhisree Vinayaka Veg Restaurant in Thrissur is looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our guests receive warm hospitality and prompt service, creating a pleasant dining experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and seat them at tables.
- Take Orders: Present menu cards, answer questions about menu items, and accurately note down food and beverage orders.
- Serve Food & Drinks: Deliver orders promptly and efficiently to the correct tables.
- Customer Service: Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any additional requests.
- Billing & Payments: Present bills, process payments, and manage cash or digital transactions when required.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep dining tables clean, clear used plates, and help set up tables for incoming guests.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam; knowledge of English or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Personality: Friendly, polite, well-groomed, and able to work well in a team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during work shifts.
