Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Production Assistant to support daily garment production activities. The role involves coordinating with different production departments, assisting supervisors, and ensuring smooth workflow from cutting to finishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities as per production plan
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, ironing, and packing departments
- Support cutting master, tailoring staff, and ironing master as required
- Help in tracking work progress and reporting delays or issues to supervisors
- Ensure materials move smoothly between production stages
- Assist in maintaining basic production records
- Support quality checking and packing of finished garments
- Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and production timelines
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Basic understanding of garment production is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Physically fit and able to work on the shop floor
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior experience in garment manufacturing will be an added advantage
Working Hours
- As per factory working schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
