Job Title: Principal Secretary Cum Typist
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Principal.
- Draft, type, format, and maintain official correspondence, reports, circulars, and meeting minutes.
- Manage the Principal's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, if required.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain records with a high degree of discretion.
- Coordinate communication between the Principal, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office files, databases, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing presentations, notices, and school reports.
- Perform general clerical and office administration duties as assigned.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in secretarial, administrative, or office assistant roles.
- Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
