Job Summary:-
We are looking for a GST & TDS Software Support Executive to provide functional support to users of TaxPower GST and TaxPower TDS software.
This is a functional taxation software support role. The candidate must have a commerce background and practical working knowledge of GST, TDS, returns, challans, reports, Tally/accounting workflow and basic computer operations.
The role involves understanding customer queries, guiding users in software operation, troubleshooting functional issues, explaining software features and ensuring timely support during GST and TDS return filing periods.
This is not a coding, software development, software testing, networking or IT hardware support job.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have experience in any one of the following areas:
- GST return filing work
- TDS return filing work
- CA office or tax consultant office
- Accounting office with GST/TDS exposure
- Tally/accounting software support
- Taxation software support
- Functional software support for accounting or taxation products

The candidate should be comfortable handling customer calls, remote support, software guidance and follow-up of customer queries.
Freshers are not preferred for this role, as the candidate is expected to understand GST/TDS and software workflow from day one.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide functional support to customers using TaxPower GST and TaxPower TDS software.
- Understand customer queries related to GST returns, TDS returns, challans, reports, reconciliation, import/export, data entry and filing workflow.
- Guide customers on software features through phone, remote support tools, WhatsApp, email or support system.
- Troubleshoot customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing practical solutions.
- Communicate with customers at different stages of support queries such as open, in progress, pending and closed.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, issues and solutions.
- Provide basic training or guidance to customers on specific software features.
- Stay updated with TaxPower GST and TDS software features, updates and workflow changes.
- Coordinate with the internal team for unresolved issues or technical escalations.
- Ensure timely, polite, and professional responses to customer queries.
- Support customers during GST and TDS return filing pressure periods.
- Required Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with a taxation, accounting, GST or TDS background will be preferred.
- Candidates from CA office, tax consultant office, accounting office, or taxation software support backgrounds will be preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in any one or more of the following:
- GST return filing
- TDS return filing
- CA office / tax consultant office work
- Accounting and taxation work
- Tally or accounting software usage
- GST/TDS software support
- Customer support for accounting or taxation software
- Skills Required: Functional Skills Good working knowledge of GST and GST returns.
- Basic knowledge of TDS and TDS returns.
- Knowledge of Tally or accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of accounting and taxation workflow.
- Ability to understand customer queries related to return filing, reports, challans, data import, and software usage.
- Computer Skills Good knowledge of computer systems and internet usage.
- Comfortable with software navigation and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to use remote support tools such as AnyDesk or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, file handling, email and data management.
- Ability to maintain customer records and support notes.
- Communication Skills Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Ability to explain software steps clearly to customers.
- Polite and patient communication style.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups.

The candidate should be comfortable using computers, talking to customers, understanding software workflows, and learning TaxPower GST and TDS software in detail.
