Lead - Marketing

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive, detailed oriented and creative people with expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, WordPress and experience of working on Hubspot to lead and scale the India Digital Marketing function to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will manage social media campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, content creation, email marketing, and performance analytics. You will also play a key leadership role in mentoring, developing, and scaling a high-performing digital marketing team in India, fostering collaboration, innovation, and best practices across channels. This role will act as the primary India point of contact for Global Marketing, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, brand standards, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, has a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, and possesses excellent communication and project management skills.
What will you do?
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Global marketing team, Sales team and wider TECHNIA technical teams to create, manage and optimize marketing campaigns with SEO, SEM and PPC strategies for each defined business area.
- Lead and manage day-to-day marketing operations for the India team, including planning, prioritization, quality control, and timely delivery of projects.
- Manage team workloads, project timelines, and delivery quality to ensure global standards and brand guidelines are consistently met.
Marketing Operations & Execution
- Support graphics and creative production using corporate templates and brand guidelines.
- Update the software website content and ensure it is kept up to date.
- Planning, creating content, and monitoring the ongoing presence on the website and social media
- Coordinate and support execution across multiple marketing activities including graphics creation, web updates, campaign design, ABM initiatives, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct industry and market analysis to identify new target markets or prospects. Prepare e-newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through HubSpot.
- Manage and optimize conversion points in campaigns using the HubSpot automation tools, including landing pages, workflows, etc.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
- Own campaign reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking while ensuring data accuracy and CRM hygiene within HubSpot.
- Work with our Global Marketing Team where necessary to ensure alignment across the TECHNIA brand, Global campaigns and events, and Global PR.
- Leverage expertise in tools such as HubSpot to manage and optimize marketing and CRM workflows.
Quality Management
- Establish and improve processes, documentation, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee the quality of marketing output.
- Monitor progress, flag risk and implement workflow improvements.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM), WordPress, Project management tools like Jira, campaign execution, workflows, automation, reporting, and data management.
- Solid expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and B2B email marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong conceptual understanding of content strategy and visual/graphic communication to effectively collaborate with onsite/global marketing and design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in English Good to have skills
- Hands-on experience in graphics, visual design, or content creation
- Exposure to AI tools in marketing (content generation, automation, campaign optimization, analytics, etc.)
- Hands on across the full marketing mix, including ABM or integrated campaigns. Desired
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s in marketing.
- Experience across the full marketing mix.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience within a B2B technical marketing environment.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization with cross-regional stakeholders is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
