Job Summary
Satisfaction Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of its manufacturing facility at our Plant, Indore. The ideal candidate should be a senior manufacturing professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in managing production, maintenance, quality, administration, safety, and plant profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the efficient operation and performance of the manufacturing plant.
- Lead and manage Production, Maintenance, Quality, Administration, Stores, Logistics, and other support functions.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste, improve output, and enhance operational performance.
- Ensure effective preventive and breakdown maintenance systems for plant machinery and equipment.
- Drive quality management initiatives and ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Establish and maintain a strong culture of safety, discipline, and operational excellence.
- Manage manpower planning, workforce productivity, and employee performance across departments.
- Monitor plant budgets, operating costs, and resource utilization to achieve financial objectives.
- Coordinate with senior management for business planning, capacity enhancement, and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, and cost-reduction projects.
- Review plant performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Manufacturing Professional in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Administration, and Industrial Safety.
- Experience in managing large teams and multi-functional departments.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices, process improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Ability to drive productivity, quality, cost control, and profitability objectives.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
