Senior Associate - People Operations
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced People Operations Associate to join our organization. As the People Ops Associate, you will be responsible for executing process of human resources operations, ensuring superior employee experience and efficient functioning of HR processes and systems. You will play a critical role in managing people data, and processes such as onboarding, separation, employee life cycle, leaves and attendance etc. The ideal candidate should possess process orientation skills, an eye for detail, a thorough understanding of People Ops practices.
Skills:

Managing all Employee Lifecyle transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Employee data and process management on HRMS (preferably Darwinbox)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency
- Report HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement, provide insights to stakeholders, and contribute to decision-making
- Strong adherence to HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR analytics, KPIs, and compliance, and present findings to HR leadership and key stakeholders
- Managing and supporting during HR audits
Key Tasks:

Checking, approving and managing onboarding forms on HRMS
- Managing BGV process, coordinating with vendors and HRBPs
- Managing employee lifecycle events such as transfer, manager change, promotions etc.
- Tracking nominations, publishing, documenting recognition programs
- Managing separation process and related tasks
- Ensuring correct data inputs flow to payroll in terms of attendance, leaves, encashments
- Coordinating with HRMS team for task automation activities
- Collection and checking of incentives data and payout inputs
Persona:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in People operations, HRIS data management in set up of 3000+ employees
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee life cycle
- 2-4 Years of experience in people operations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications
- Excellent data, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to drive process adherence and improvement
