A Cash Marketing Executive in a hospital drives revenue and patient acquisition by promoting self-pay (cash) services, surgical packages, and health checkups. They build strong referral networks with local clinics and negotiate corporate tie-ups while ensuring daily patient footfall and cash billing targets are successfully met. Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Promote hospital specialties, elective surgeries (e.g., orthopedics, maternity), and wellness packages to drive direct patient footfall and revenue.
- Doctor Network: Develop and maintain relationships with local general practitioners, clinics, and specialists to secure patient referrals.
- Corporate Tie-ups: Pitch and finalize healthcare partnerships with local businesses, industries, and third-party organizations for employee health checkups and emergency services.
- Community Outreach: Coordinate health camps, medical seminars, and awareness programs to boost brand visibility and capture new patient leads.
- Reporting & Targets: Track daily/weekly marketing metrics, analyze competitor pricing, and submit regular revenue and field activity reports to hospital management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or life sciences (B.Sc, B.Pharm).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, local area networking, and field-work capabilities.
Pay: ₹9,852.51 - ₹33,801.83 per month
