Your Mission
Help AGORA become the first name entrepreneurs think of when they want to grow.
You'll build relationships, create partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and bring exceptional entrepreneurs into our ecosystem.
If your work is outstanding, you'll directly influence hundreds or even thousands of entrepreneurs over the coming years.
What You'll Do
- Build partnerships with business associations, startup communities, colleges, chambers, founders, and industry leaders.
- Design and execute growth campaigns.
- Develop referral and ambassador programs.
- Reach out to potential partners and speakers.
- Generate qualified entrepreneur leads.
- Track performance and improve conversion.
- Work directly with the team on strategic initiatives.
- Suggest bold ideas instead of waiting for instructions.

Growth Opportunities
You'll work directly with the founder.
You'll gain exposure to entrepreneurship, psychology, communication, leadership, sales, marketing, AI, business strategy, and premium community building.
