Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the design, operation, and improvement of hybrid cloud security environments.
- Support the design and implementation of security solutions for hybrid cloud environments aligned to client requirements and industry practices
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of security controls across public and private cloud environments
- Manage security operations activities, including ticket updates, queue monitoring, incident resolution, and timely escalation of unresolved issues
- Support compliance and governance activities, including security architecture reviews, standards adherence, and documentation updates for control requirements
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and the development of operational practices for cloud security management

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, engineering, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in information technology, information security, or both
- Experience with at least one public cloud platform such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with firewalls, virtual private clouds (VPCs), security groups, key management, and secure software development life cycle (SDLC) pipelines
- Experience identifying security requirements or gaps and implementing security controls across cloud infrastructure
- Experience with DevOps practices and automation of software testing, delivery, or infrastructure changes
- Experience with security frameworks or regulatory requirements such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Center for Internet Security (CIS), Payment Card Industry (PCI), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or SOC 2
Preferred:
- Experience with log collection and storage tools such as Splunk or Elastic Stack
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer
- Prior consulting experience, including Big 4 experience
- Experience with scripting, tooling, or automation used to streamline recurring operate tasks
