- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and place orders as needed
- Ensure the office environment is organised, clean, and well-maintained
- Maintain and organise company files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
- Prepare, update, and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reports
- Ensure confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive information
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the relevant departments
- Draft letters, memos, notices, and official communications
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and visitors professionally
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management/staff
- Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences
- Assist with onboarding of new employees (documentation, ID cards, induction support)
- Maintain employee attendance records, leave records, and personnel files
- Support payroll processing by providing necessary administrative data
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers (housekeeping, maintenance, IT support, etc.)
- Ensure timely renewal of office-related contracts, licences, and agreements
- Monitor and manage office utilities and facility-related issues
- Assist in processing invoices, bills, and petty cash management
- Maintain records of expenses and assist with budget tracking
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment within budget
- Ensure office operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Maintain and update administrative policies, SOPs, and guidelines
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required
- Prepare presentations, reports, and data summaries when needed
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols at the front desk
Pay: ₹15,647.13 - ₹28,478.07 per month
