Key Responsibilities
- Candidate marketing: Promote bench consultants to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Vendor management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Negotiation: Handle rate negotiations and finalize contracts.
- Documentation: Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Follow-ups: Track consultant interviews and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- For Freshers:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Willingness to work in night shift (8 PM – 5 AM IST).
- Basic knowledge of IT staffing is a plus.
- For Experienced Candidates:
- 1–3 years of proven bench sales or IT recruitment experience.
- Strong vendor/client network.
- Ability to close deals independently.
Compensation
- Salary range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for successful placements.
Work Schedule
- Shift timing: Night shift, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST.
- Location: Flexible (onsite or remote depending on company policy).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
