The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer, social, environmental, and regulatory requirements applicable to the coir export industry. Key responsibilities include coordinating and attending customer and third-party audits, preparing and maintaining audit-related documentation and records, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous compliance improvement. The role works closely with the Compliance and HR teams to ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and certification standards, and to maintain effective communication with auditors, customers, and internal departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
