The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring project objectives are achieved efficiently.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Manage project changes, variations, and documentation.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may impact project delivery.
- Track project costs and control expenditures within budget.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
