Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Officer to oversee outsourced employees deployed at client locations. The Field Officer will be responsible for employee attendance, compliance, issue resolution, client coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites regularly and monitor outsourced staff performance and attendance.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability at assigned client locations.
- Coordinate with clients regarding staffing requirements, employee concerns, and operational issues.
- Conduct employee onboarding, joining formalities, and site inductions.
- Maintain attendance records, leave records, and deployment reports.
- Resolve employee grievances and workplace issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client guidelines, and labor regulations.
- Verify employee documents and maintain updated personnel records.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower replacement and new requirements.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
- Monitor employee discipline, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in payroll-related activities by verifying attendance and timesheets.
- Conduct surprise visits and audits at client sites when required.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of labor laws and workforce management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to travel frequently to client locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, facility management, or field operations is preferred.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
