Job Purpose
Plan, execute, and commission CAPEX, automation, utility, and infrastructure projects for food manufacturing plants. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with food safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute CAPEX, expansion, and improvement projects.
Manage installation and commissioning of electrical systems, production equipment, and utilities.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, procurement, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Review electrical drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Oversee PLC, SCADA, HMI, instrumentation, and automation integration.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, FSSC 22000/HACCP, GMP, Factory Act, and statutory regulations.
Conduct FAT/SAT, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
5–10 years of project engineering experience in the food, beverage, dairy, bakery, snacks, or FMCG industry.
Experience in electrical systems, utilities, automation, and project management.
