We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the interior and exterior construction work of our company building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality execution, and monitoring project progress until completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all interior and exterior construction activities at the company premises.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per the approved drawings and project schedule.
- Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of construction materials.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal delays in project execution.
- Verify measurements, work completion, and contractor bills before submission.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure the project is completed within the planned timeline and budget.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in supervising interior and exterior construction projects.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,243.02 - ₹55,353.83 per month
