Position Overview
The Investment Advisor will be responsible for mobilizing loans and investments from High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, Private Investors, Business Communities, and other eligible lenders for real estate development projects. The role involves identifying prospective investors, presenting investment opportunities, structuring loan arrangements, managing investor relationships, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard HNIs, family offices, private lenders, and strategic investors interested in debt investments in real estate projects.
- Generate leads through professional networks, financial consultants, wealth managers, and business associations.
- Present project investment opportunities and loan products to prospective investors.
- Build and maintain a database of investors and lenders.
- Coordinate preparation of loan agreements, security documents, mortgage documents, and guarantees.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure enforceability of loan arrangements.
- Assist in determining interest rates, tenure, repayment schedules, and security mechanisms.
- Maintain regular communication with lenders and investors.
- Provide project updates, financial reports, and repayment status reports.
- Organize investor meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Address investor concerns and queries professionally.
- Analyze project cash flows and repayment capacity.
- Prepare investment memorandums, project reports, and financial projections.
- Evaluate funding requirements and debt servicing capabilities.
- Monitor project performance against committed financial obligations.
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Financial Markets, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
