Job Summary
CMC Group of Institutions is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Admission Executive to manage admission enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and student conversion processes. The candidate will play a key role in achieving admission targets and ensuring a smooth and professional admission experience for prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs
- Follow up regularly with enquiries to convert them into confirmed admissions
- Maintain and update records in ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for admission processing
- Maintain daily/weekly enquiry and conversion reports
- Support marketing and admission campaigns as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Freshers may apply
- Prior experience of 1–2 years in admissions or customer support will be an added advantage; however, candidates without experience may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Tamil (knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantage)
- Strong convincing and counselling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle ERP systems
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation
- Competitive Monthly Salary (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
