Have you worked in a fast-paced Order Management environment where accuracy, stakeholder collaboration, and attention to detail are critical to success? We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end order booking and contract management process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across teams.

What You Will Be Doing
- Approving / processing of new contracts including contract variations and terminations in CLM (Contract lifecycle Management) tool.
- Entering vital financial information in Salesforce and INFOR10 Systems.
- Booking recognition and attribution ensuring booking policy is followed.
- Creation and distribution of data for the generation of invoices and credit notes.
- Review of contracts and contract variations for assessment on invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Partnering with the finance team to resolve sales tax and withholding tax matters.
- Assisting all projects that impact the Order Bookings process (e.g. updates to Salesforce.com).
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
- Proven experience in an Order Management.
- Prior experience of Salesforce in an Order Booking capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to give enablement sessions to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Desirable:
- Self-motivated, proactive with ability to prioritise and manage workload and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders & their expectations.
