Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and technology-driven AI Automation Executive to drive AI adoption, workflow automation, and process optimization across all departments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about leveraging AI technologies to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes across departments and recommend automation solutions.
- Implement, manage, and optimize AI tools, automation workflows, and productivity solutions across the organization.
- Research, evaluate, and deploy new AI technologies, tools, and platforms based on business requirements.
- Design and maintain AI-driven workflows, SOPs, templates, dashboards, trackers, and automation frameworks.
- Monitor automation performance and continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.
- Automate lead generation, lead qualification, CRM updates, follow-ups, reporting, and sales workflows.
- Implement AI tools for content creation, SEO, social media management, email marketing, campaign optimization, and lead nurturing.
- Analyze departmental workflows and recommend process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Support development teams by implementing AI-assisted coding, documentation, project management, testing, and productivity tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on automation performance, productivity improvements, time savings, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct internal training sessions and provide guidance to employees on effective usage of AI tools and automation systems.
Skills & Knowledge :
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Must have atleast 01 to 03 years of experience in AI tools, automation, digital transformation, business operations, or process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI productivity tools.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, and CRM automation tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and dashboard creation.
- Strong attention to detail, execution capability, and passion for emerging technologies and innovation.
