Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end import and export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and logistics partners for timely movement of goods.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, FEMA, and other applicable import-export regulations.
- Manage export incentives, duty drawback, and other government schemes where applicable.
- Liaise with international buyers, suppliers, and vendors regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and overseas clients.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, sourcing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatches.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Resolve customs clearance and shipment-related issues efficiently.
- Monitor freight costs and recommend cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Understanding of Incoterms, HS Codes, freight management, and customs compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in import-export operations, preferably in the textile, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Knowledge of international trade procedures, shipping documentation, customs regulations, and logistics.
- Familiarity with DGFT procedures, IEC, GST, Letter of Credit (LC), and export-import documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally Prime, ERP/SAP systems, and email communication.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Pay: ₹12,141.14 - ₹35,000.00 per month
