Job Description
Position: Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test IoT devices.
- Provide on-site service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Diagnose issues, replace faulty components, and ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain service logs, documentation, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 0–2 years’ experience in field service/electronics maintenance (Fresher’s may apply).
- Basic knowledge of circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
