Job Title: Commercial Sales Senior Executive
Location: Bangalore (Handling Karnataka Region)
Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales.
Candidates with experience in the fitness industry are preferred. However, candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong commercial/B2B exposure can also be considered.
Salary: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle commercial sales across the Karnataka region
* Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B sales)
* Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and closures
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate sales reports and updates in the system
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
Required Skills:
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Experience in field sales is mandatory
* Knowledge in commercial/B2B sales process
* Ability to handle targets and pressure
* Strong reporting and system handling skills
Additional Requirements:
* Willingness to travel across Karnataka
* Two-wheeler / travel flexibility preferred
