Job Profile
We are looking to recruit an R&D Team Leader for the development of industrial inorganic chemicals at Taloja Unit. The R&D Team Leader is expected to lead a team of up to 3 chemists.
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature survey to design synthetic route
- Undertake experiments to develop inorganic fluorochemicals
- Propose innovative solutions to improve product cost and quality
- Scale up and validate process on kilo-scale pilot plant
- Coordinate with chemical engineer for equipment design
- Responsible for process validation on pilot / plant scale
Candidate Profile
- PhD in Inorganic Chemistry/ Fluorine Chemistry/ Fluorochemicals/ Fluorosilicic acid
- Fresher to 2 years industry experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
