Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Mathura. The candidate will be responsible for supervising labour, ensuring quality work, maintaining site records, and coordinating with engineers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Manage labour and subcontractors efficiently
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor material usage and site inventory
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
- Coordinate with Site Engineer / Project Manager
- Check measurements and assist in billing work
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to handle labour and coordinate site activities
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of residential / commercial construction
- Basic understanding of quantity measurement
- Ability to maintain site records and reports
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Pay: ₹10,014.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month
