Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development
- Identify training and development needs through discussions with department heads and employees.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Schedule training sessions and communicate training plans to employees.
- Maintain training attendance records and training databases.
- Conduct training need analysis (TNA) and skill gap assessments.
- Assist in designing training materials, presentations, SOPs, and learning content.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Monitor employee participation and completion of learning programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews.
- Prepare periodic training reports and dashboards for management.
- Support implementation of competency development and leadership development initiatives.
- Maintain learning records, certifications, and compliance-related training documentation.
HR Generalist Support
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Support payroll inputs and employee data verification.
- Maintain HR MIS and reports.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Coordinate employee feedback and satisfaction initiatives.
- Support employee communication programs.
HR Administration
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and correspondence.
- Maintain employee files and statutory records.
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements.
- Perform additional HR duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Learning & Development, Training, or HR will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and HR Generalist activities.
- Experience in conducting or coordinating corporate training programs preferred.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training evaluation methods.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS software.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
