Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to meet targets.
- Identify new markets and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (residential & commercial).
- Understand customer energy needs and offer suitable solar solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Stay updated on solar products and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market/competitor activity.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Prior experience in solar/renewable energy preferred.
- Willing to travel; Must have a valid driver's license (own vehicle preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
