Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Analyst for eLearning, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and accuracy of our e-learning content. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, content creators, and developers to maintain high standards and optimize the learning experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Review and assess e-learning content, including courses, modules, assessments, and multimedia elements, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to instructional design principles.
2. Conduct comprehensive quality checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, and technical issues in e-learning content, including functionality, navigation, and multimedia integration.
3. Develop and implement quality analyst processes and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in content development and delivery.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Provide feedback and recommendations to content creators and developers to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of e-learning content.
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality standards, guidelines, and templates for e-learning content creation.
Qualifications:
1. Certification in Manual Testing is Mandatory.
2. Any bachelor’s degree or related field.
3. Freshers 2025/2024 passouts are only eligible to apply.
4. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
