Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage client interactions, coordinate service delivery, and ensure smooth communication between clients, service providers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain high service quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address inquiries professionally.
- Assess client requirements and coordinate personalized service plans.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and service logistics efficiently.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Provide guidance and support to service staff and service providers.
- Prepare reports on service performance, utilization, and outcomes.
- Respond effectively during emergencies or crisis situations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Social Work, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
- Ability to handle client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, client management, or operations support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
