Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
2. Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage job postings on portals and social platforms
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
3. Operations Support
- Assist in daily operational activities and coordination
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
- Support process improvements and workflow management
- Monitor task completion and operational efficiency
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
