Tutor – AI Engineering & Generative AI Program
Egalaiva Softskills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Tutor – AI Engineering & Generative AI Program to train, guide, and mentor students in modern Artificial Intelligence technologies.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring. The role involves delivering instructor-led sessions, conducting hands-on practical labs, guiding students through projects, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications with a minimum of 70% aggregate in the qualifying degree:
- B.Sc. Computer Science
- M.Sc. Computer Science
- B.Sc. Information Technology (IT)
- B.Sc. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
- B.E. in Computer Science or a related specialization
- B.Tech in Computer Science or a related specialization
Key Responsibilities
The selected tutor will be responsible for:
- Delivering classroom and practical sessions for the AI Engineering & Generative AI Program.
- Explaining technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and student-friendly manner.
- Conducting hands-on coding labs and project-based learning sessions.
- Mentoring students throughout their learning journey and providing academic and technical guidance.
- Evaluating assignments, assessments, practical exercises, and capstone projects.
- Monitoring student attendance, participation, performance, and overall learning progress.
- Providing constructive feedback and additional support to students when required.
- Collaborating with the Technology & Training Department to improve curriculum delivery and learning outcomes.
- Maintaining high standards of teaching quality, professionalism, classroom discipline, and student engagement.

Candidates with knowledge or practical exposure to the following technologies and concepts will have an added advantage:
