Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for building a strong employer brand, creating seamless HR processes, ensuring compliance, maintaining transparent communication within teams, and driving initiatives that improve employee morale and productivity.
This role requires a proactive communicator, a structured executor, and someone who brings empathy, professionalism, and discipline to HR operations.
Education - MBA or Equivalent degree
Experience - 6 Months to 1+ Years
Location - Madurai
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all types of roles, including sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media platforms.
- Ensure smooth on boarding and induction of new hires.
- Maintain and manage employee records, documentation, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- Arrange one to one meetings with the staff on a regular basis and provide counseling and assistance to all designated employees in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
- Track, analyze, and report performance-related data.
- Identify training needs for both technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs and track their effectiveness along with employee development plans.
- Perform root-cause analysis of HR related issues whenever escalated.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.
Skills Required
- 6 Months - 1+ Years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the software/tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive problem solver with strong business and HR acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and people-handling skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
