About the Role
FourPL Consultancy India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web applications.
The candidate should have strong expertise in web design principles, front-end technologies, UI/UX practices, and modern AI-assisted development tools. Hands-on experience with Replit – Build apps and sites with AI is required to support faster prototyping, website creation, and innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually engaging websites that align with business requirements and user expectations.
- Create website layouts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using modern design principles.
- Develop attractive and responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SASS/SCSS.
- Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices with a mobile-first approach.
- Create user-friendly designs with proper focus on usability, accessibility, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Use design tools to create high-quality UI elements, graphics, and website assets.
- Utilize Replit AI to build, test, and enhance websites and web applications with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development workflows.
- Use AI-based tools to improve design processes, generate prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and increase development efficiency.
- Design and implement interactive components, tables, forms, dashboards, and web elements using front-end technologies.
- Optimize website performance, loading speed, and responsiveness.
- Review existing websites and recommend design improvements and enhancements.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve website experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UI/UX, AI technologies, and front-end development practices.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Web Designer, UI Designer, Front-End Designer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- SASS/SCSS
- Responsive Web Design
- Cross-browser compatibility
- DataTables
- Hands-on experience with Replit – Build apps and sites with AI for creating websites, applications, prototypes, and AI-assisted development solutions.
- Proficiency in web design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma (preferred)
- Sketch
- Strong understanding of:
- UI/UX design principles
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout and visual hierarchy
- Web accessibility standards
- Ability to convert design concepts into functional web pages.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing modern websites and web applications.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design and development tools.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly web design practices.
- Experience creating landing pages, dashboards, and responsive web interfaces.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
