We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting interior products and design solutions, generate sales, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their interior design requirements.
- Recommend suitable products, materials, finishes, and design solutions based on customer needs and budget.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with interior design trends, products, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior sales, furniture sales, home décor, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or building materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and space planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
