Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers (5K–50K followers) in the U.S. wellness, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle space on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Identify Amazon affiliate influencers through Amazon’s influencer program or other databases.
- Initiate contact, negotiate collaborations, and coordinate sample dispatch.
- Maintain a database of influencer contacts, responses, and performance metrics.
- Track story/post uploads, screenshots, engagement metrics, and conversions.
- Work with the marketing team to develop briefs and messaging guidelines.
- Suggest new influencer campaign ideas and creative trends.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in influencer or social media marketing (preferably in the wellness, beauty, or FMCG industry).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and influencer collaboration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable coordinating with international influencers (U.S. timezone) via email and DM.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Advantage (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience working with Amazon USA brands or managing Amazon influencer collaborations.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel tracking and influencer CRM tools.
