Job Title: Operations Executive

Salary: Min. INR 25,000- Max. INR 35,000/- per month
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including installation, maintenance, and servicing of drinking water solutions in hotels and offices.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation and commissioning of drinking water solutions in hotels and offices
Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure optimalperformance of the installed systems
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs andconcerns in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor the performance of the installed systems and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of spare parts and consumables to minimize downtime
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance withcompany standards and regulatory requirements
Manage and monitor service contracts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering
At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of water treatment and purification systems, including reverse osmosis, UV, andozone technologies
Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and withinbudget
Ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians and service personnel
