KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing
- Coordinate Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Monitor WhatsApp campaigns and lead flow
- Track website traffic and campaign performance
- Support retargeting and conversion campaigns
- Analyze ad reports and optimize performance
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram/Facebook page activities
- Coordinate daily posting, stories, captions, and scheduling
- Maintain content calendar and campaign timelines
- Monitor audience engagement and responses
Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies
- Review creatives, reels, campaigns, and deliverables
- Ensure timely execution and approvals
Influencer & Creator Management
- Coordinate barter collaborations and influencer campaigns
- Communicate with creators and agencies
- Track collaboration performance and repost activities
Digital Operations
- Manage marketing tools/software platforms
- Coordinate website updates and digital assets
- Maintain marketing reports and campaign data
- Support lead management and customer engagement activities
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital performance reports
- Track KPIs, audience growth, engagement, and campaign insights
- Present performance updates to management

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of social media marketing
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing
- Canva/design coordination skills
- Strong communication and coordination ability
- Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

- Basic understanding of WhatsApp marketing tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- 1 - 2 Years experience in digital marketing/social media
- FMCG/startup experience preferred
- Experience with food/wellness/lifestyle brands preferred
