Swastik Industries is a growing company specializing in Aluminium Systems, UPVC Windows, Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Pantries, and Interior Solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to manage project execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate site activities efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare project reports.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Handle manpower planning and site resource management.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare work schedules and track project milestones.
- Coordinate material requirements and inventory at project sites.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of site execution experience.
- Experience in Aluminium Systems, UPVC Windows, Modular Kitchens, Interior Fit-Outs, or Construction Projects will be preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and project layouts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
