About the Role
Econstruct Design & Build Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Real Estate and Construction Industry. The ideal candidate should have experience working with architects, builders, developers, consultants, contractors, and civil engineering professionals and be capable of driving business growth through strategic networking and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and civil engineers.
- Identify and acquire new clients for design, engineering, BIM, project management, and construction services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Explore new market opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Engineering Consultancy, or Civil Industry.
- Proven experience working with architects, builders, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the construction and real estate ecosystem.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business opportunities.
- Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
- Own Two-Wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

- Existing network within the Bangalore real estate and construction industry.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
- Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
