· Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, gearboxes, and agitators.
· Pipe & Equipment Fitting: Assemble, install, and align mechanical systems, including valves, piping, and reactors.
· Fault Finding: Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in production equipment.
· Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions, and taking necessary actions during emergencies or system upsets.
· Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to chemical industry safety standards, such as lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
· Documentation: Maintain maintenance records and work orders and adhere to PM schedules for equipment.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
