This CRM role is a customer-retention and after-sales coordination position within a heavy-equipment dealership. Compared with the earlier Construction Equipment Sales role, this one is less focused on pure new-equipment sales and more focused on customer relationship management, complaint resolution, service coordination, and repeat business.
What the company is looking for
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly engage with them.
- Field Visits: Visit equipment owners, contractors, builders, and industrial customers to understand their requirements.
- Complaint Handling: Coordinate between Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Warranty teams until the customer's issue is resolved.
- After-Sales Follow-up: Track scheduled services, AMC/CMC, warranty claims, and spare-parts requirements.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for repeat equipment purchases, service work, spare parts, and customer referrals.
- CRM & Reporting: Keep accurate customer, machine, service, complaint, and follow-up records.
- Customer Retention: Improve satisfaction and ensure customers continue doing business with the dealership.
