Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Analyst who can manage and analyze operational data across India, coordinate with laboratory teams, prepare reports, and provide insights to management for better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, maintain, and analyze operational data from Pan-India locations.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Follow up with teams on operational issues and updates.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Biotechnology, Laboratory Operations.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
- Extremely good with MS Excel.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flair for number crunching and data analysis
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
