Trainer – STEM & Smartboard Program
Qualification: B.Sc./B.Ed./UG Graduate or equivalent in Science, Education, or related field
Conduct STEM Science Lab and Smartboard training sessions for teachers and students in program-implemented schools. 2. Deliver orientation programs and hands-on demonstrations on STEM activities and Smartboard usage. 3. Coordinate with schools to schedule training sessions and ensure effective implementation of training plans. 4. Conduct regular school visits for training, follow-up support, and monitoring of activities. 5. Support teachers in understanding and effectively utilizing STEM resources and Smartboard applications in classroom teaching. 6. Assist in installation follow-up, content activation, and troubleshooting related to STEM kits and Smartboard resources. 7. Address issues related to training delivery, resource utilization, and operational challenges at schools. 8. Collect and share training data, attendance records, feedback, and reports for project documentation. 9. Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular monitoring and evaluation of training effectiveness. 10. Build and maintain coordination with school authorities, teachers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
