Where Can You Work From
This is a managerial position requiring proactive engagement with India’s high-volume, established training providers. The role is mandated to be based in any of the major metro cities of India to ensure proximity to the target group. Significant travel across India will be required. TaW maintains a structured hybrid work model that balances the need for operational presence with flexible work arrangements.

How Will You Contribute
1. Market Strategy & Intelligence:
- Conduct targeted market mapping within the India region to identify high-potential partners (e.g., Top-tier Universities, EdTech platforms, Corporate Training Academies, and Industry Associations) aligned with TaW’s client portfolios.
- Analyze market trends, sector behaviour, and emerging demand signals across PSUs, MNCs, SMEs, local associations, and the Indian academic ecosystem.
- Provide strategic insights that shape partner prioritization, growth plans, and product positioning.
2. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Proactively source and qualify new Education Partners in the TaW network, managing the lifecycle from initial outreach to contract signing.
- Present the business case to prospective partners, demonstrating how TaW’s client certifications can enhance their curriculum and revenue.
- Lead the full partner acquisition lifecycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract signing.
- Manage onboarding to ensure new partners are enabled, trained, and operationally ready.
3.Partner Enablement & Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed sales KPI metrics by driving the volume of courseware certification orders placed by Education Partners.
- Ensure partner sales and delivery teams maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients' products and serve as the primary point of contact for product updates.
- Support partners in launching and running their courses, including scheduling, faculty coordination, and student engagement.
- Coordinate with client operations teams to ensure course delivery excellence, compliance, and customer support.
- Design and deliver structured knowledge sessions for and with Education Partners to strengthen their ability to promote, sell, and deliver client certifications, including deep dives on product features, value propositions, learner profiles, and market demand.
- Develop partner-ready toolkits, sales scripts, FAQs, and presentation materials to support consistent messaging and scalable partner capability.
4. Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct mystery shopping, SWOT analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market scans to inform product and sales strategy.
- Collect and interpret market data, translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal and client teams.
- Design surveys and intelligence tools to capture customer and partner feedback across the Indian landscape.
- Maintain deep product and market knowledge to ensure accurate and credible representation of TaW and its clients.
5. Stakeholders Relationship Management
- Participate in building alliances and partnerships with other organizations, associations, or government entities.
- Support the team in responding to RFQs, RFPs, tenders, product demonstrations, and consultations.
- Manage clients' projects by ensuring deliverables are met and that projects are executed on time and within the defined budget.
6. Reporting, CRM & Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate CRM records, partner logs, and sales activity updates.
- Develop operational reports and dashboards for internal management and client visibility.
- Implement and refine onboarding workflows, delivery processes, and partner-support procedures.
- Apply and uphold quality assurance protocols across projects and partner engagements.
- Contribute to internal capacity building by improving process efficiency and operational systems.
- Perform other duties as required to support regional or client initiatives.
- Travel as needed to partner sites, events, and conferences across India.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in the education/training/consulting/ association industry is required.
- Proven ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to manage detail, establish root causes, and extract and analyze data.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, keeping deliverables and deadlines on top of mind.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Capability to thrive on change, inclined to operate with flexibility, and commit the time required to get the job done.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a must.
