Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter (Non-IT) who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and open to traveling for hiring drives and field recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, Operations, Field Staff, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field hiring
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Conduct bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment when required
- Travel across locations for recruitment drives and on-ground hiring
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of non-IT hiring
- Ability to handle bulk hiring / field hiring
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT preferred)
- Willingness to travel PAN India
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
