Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Job Summary:
The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and managing construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with contractors, workers, consultants, and management for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards
- Prepare site reports, measurements, and work updates
- Verify materials and ensure proper usage at the site
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Ensure timely completion of works within project deadlines
- Conduct site inspections and monitor labor productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle site responsibilities independently
Experience:
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects is an advantage
